Terms of Sale
This page tells you the legal terms and conditions (T&C’s) which apply to items we sell on this site.
Please read these T&C’s carefully and make sure that you understand them before ordering any Items from this site. By placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these T&C’s.
The T & C’s displayed on the website at the time of ordering will apply. We reserve the right to amend these T&C’s from time to time. For any future orders, please check to make sure you understand the current T&C’s at the time of ordering.
When you place an order through this website and pay for your order, you are making an offer. Please check all the details you enter carefully, as you will not be able to make changes after paying for your order. We will send you an email confirming your order. No contract is formed at this stage. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by us. We do our best to ensure that our website accurately represents items that are currently available. However, as we sell on multiple platforms, occasionally items may sell out on another platform before the software has updated in this shop. If an item becomes unavailable, we will issue an immediate refund for the item and delivery cost if it is the only item purchased. If it is part of a larger order, we will contact you for further instructions. Please make sure you give us a current email address and phone number. We will send you an email when we dispatch your order. This is our acceptance of your offer and the contract between you and us will be formed at this time.
You may cancel at any time prior to dispatch unless items are being made to your specification, for example personalised items. Orders for these items cannot be cancelled after we have started to make them. Please note that items may be dispatched prior to your receipt of the dispatch email.
Items for Sale
We make every effort to ensure that items for sale are displayed accurately. However, we have no control over the settings on your computer and we cannot guarantee that the colour you see is accurate. As our items are all handmade, all items will vary slightly from the images on this site.
We do our best to make sure that all item information is as accurate as possible. Please note that all measurements of items are approximate, but we make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
Prices for items on this do not include delivery and returns charged unless otherwise stated. Delivery prices will be shown clearly, where applicable, during the checkout process.
Price & Payment
Payment may be made by any of the methods shown on our website. Payment will not be deemed to have been made until we receive the full cleared funds.
Prices may be changes without notice but changes will not affect orders which have been dispatched.
Prices are entered on this site in GB pounds. If you are purchasing using another currency, please be aware that exchange rates fluctuate constantly and the price you see now may be different later.
Delivery charges will vary depending on where the items are shipping to and the service used. The current prices are listed on our shipping page. Delivery charges, where applicable, are payable in addition to the prices for the Items you are purchasing.
Your country may impose additional charges such as import duties, taxes and collection fees. These are your responsibility, so you should make the necessary enquiries at your local customs office before ordering. If you refuse to pay these charges and the items are returned to us, we will issue a refund less any costs that we have incurred as a result of this.
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct name of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
We will make every effort to dispatch and delivery your items within our estimated time frame. However, occasionally there may be delays due to matters beyond our control. We post on weekdays (Monday-Friday), but not on weekends and public holidays which are excluded from delivery estimates. Once dispatched, we have no control over when your items will arrive.
We may offer discount codes from time to time. Discount Codes can only be used once per customer (unless stated otherwise) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, special offer or sale: they can only be used on full priced items. There is no cash alternative. We reserve the right to withdraw discount codes at any time without notice.
Discount codes must be used at the checkout when paying for your items. We cannot apply a discount after you have made your purchase.
If you change your mind about any Items purchased (excluding pet products which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons and personalised items), please contact us prior to returning them to us so that we can give you return instructions within 14 days of the order being delivered to you. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to you. Returned items must be returned in their original condition. We will refund the amount you paid for the items and the amount paid for the original delivery. Refunds do not include any delivery charges you paid. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the items being returned to us using the same payment method you used to purchase the items.
Cancellations - EU customers only
To cancel your order you must inform us by using the contact us button on this website or completing the cancellation form. You should include your order number, name, and address. If items have been dispatched, they must be returned unused, in their original condition with original packaging. Cancellations will not be accepted for personalised items after we have started to make them or for pet products after dispatch. You will be responsible for paying for return postage. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage which occurs before the items are returned to use. This includes loss or damage by the postal service/courier. Once the items are back in our possession, we will issue a refund of the amount you originally paid (less any loss in value caused by you) and the amount paid for delivery to you. Refunds do not include any delivery charges you paid to return the items. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the items being returned to us using the same payment method you used to purchase the items.
Intellectual Property Rights
The intellectual property rights in the content of this site are our property and protected by applicable law.
These terms and your use of this site are governed by English Law and the English courts have jurisdiction in the event of any dispute between us.
